3. Membership & Contributor Programme (I⁺ Programme)

3.1 Access. Certain areas of the Website (the “I⁺ Programme”) are available only to registered members.
3.2 Eligibility. To register, you must provide accurate name, email, and GitHub handle.
3.3 Member Content. By submitting Member Content, you grant Index Club Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, publicly display, and create derivative works of your Member Content for purposes of delivering the I⁺ Programme, promoting community contributions, and operational analytics. This license terminates when you delete your Member Content or account, except to the extent our partners have incorporated it into active commercial or sponsored materials.
3.4 Badge Assignment. We may integrate with GitHub APIs to automate issuance of I⁺ badges based on your public activity. By registering, you consent to such integrations.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All materials, content, and software on the Website are owned by or licensed to Index Club Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download one copy of the materials on the Website for personal, non-commercial, transitory use.
4.3 This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms or the restrictions above, and may be terminated by Index Club Ltd at any time.

5. User-Generated Content (Non-Member)

5.1 You retain all ownership rights in any content you submit for publication on public areas of the Website.
5.2 You grant Index Club Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, publish, and publicly display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Website and Services.
